Welcome to galit.studio ("we," "us," or "our"). This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User" or "you") and galit.studio governing your access to and use of our web app and services, including all related media, content, and offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

2.4 No Modification or Derivative Works

You agree not to modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Services or any part thereof.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to podbooks, podcasts, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of galit.studio or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 No Transfer of Rights

This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited license to use the Services as per the terms herein.

4. Payments and Refunds

Your purchases and transactions are subject to our Transaction Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5. Termination

5.1 By galit.studio

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

5.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in this Agreement will immediately cease. You will lose access to all purchased content without any option to rollback or refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 "As Is" Basis

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Services.

6.2 No Liability for Content

We are not responsible for any content provided by third parties or for any damage or loss caused by your reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall galit.studio, its affiliates, licensors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless galit.studio, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Transaction Cancellation Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and galit.studio regarding the use of the Services.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
