We are committed to providing you with high-quality podbooks (an audiobook containing several podcasts, audio segments for daily listening) and an excellent user experience. This Transaction Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds when purchasing podbooks from our app.

1. Eligibility for Cancellation and Refund

1.1 Cancellation Period

You have the right to cancel your purchase within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the transaction, including Saturdays and Sundays.

1.2 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund:

• The cancellation request must be made within the seven (7) day cancellation period.

1.3 Circumstances Without Refund

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The cancellation request was made after the seven (7) day period has expired.
• You have accessed a significant portion of the podbook content beyond the defined limit.

2. Access and Use Terms

2.1 Duration of Access to the Podbook

Upon purchase, you will have access to the podbook for a period equal to its total length (where each podcast represents one day) plus an additional 25% of that time in days. This extension allows you to complete the course even if you missed a few days.

2.2 Content Release Schedule

New podcast episodes will be unlocked daily according to the podbook's schedule.

2.3 Termination of Access

After the access period ends, your access to the podbook and its content will be terminated.

3. Cancellation Procedure

3.1 How to Cancel

4.2 Compliance with Laws
